Refund & Return Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns on any purchases. However, we provide an exchange option under specific conditions:

Exchange Conditions

  • One-Time Exchange Only: Each order is eligible for a single exchange.

  • Within Original Bill Amount: Exchanges are allowed only within the original bill amount.

  • Additional Charges: If the exchanged item costs more than the original purchase, the price difference will be charged accordingly.

  • Exchange Window: All exchange requests must be made within 7-10 working days from the date of receiving your order.

  • Product Condition: Items must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • With all packaging, tags, and accessories intact

Made-to-Order Abayas

All Abayas are prepared on a made-to-order basis, which means:

  • No exchange or return is possible for Abaya purchases.

  • We recommend checking sizes, colors, and product details carefully before placing your order.

If you need assistance with sizing or product details, feel free to contact our support team before ordering.

Pre-Payment Inspection for COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we provide the convenience of parcel inspection before payment.
Please check your parcel thoroughly upon delivery. If you find any issue, you may return the parcel directly to the rider without payment.
